LHH is looking for 2 Paralegal/Case Managers for a Milwaukee-based law firm specializing in Social Security Disability. In this entry-level role, you will manage cases from inception until a hearing is required, supporting clients through each stage of their Social Security Disability claim.

Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients via phone, email, mail, fax, and text to keep them informed and gather essential case information.
Enter and manage case data and keep detailed notes on relevant information.
Assist clients with form completion and update the Social Security Administration on case statuses.
Track deadlines and monitor case milestones, ensuring timely progress.
Apply legal concepts to advocate for positive outcomes for clients.
Required Skills
Attention to Detail & Data Entry: Accurately record information and maintain organized files.
Time Management & Organization: Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Professional Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Frequent contact with clients and SSA requires a confident, professional phone presence.
Critical Thinking: Take initiative to identify and resolve issues.
Independence & Reliability: Manage assigned cases with support from management as needed.
Sense of Urgency: Work efficiently, knowing when immediate attention is required.
