Benefits Manager
LHH is actively seeking a Benefits Manager for a full-time position in Franklin, TN. This role offers a hybrid work schedule, requiring three days in the office each week.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and oversee all benefits programs to align with company goals.
Evaluate the effectiveness of benefits programs in attracting and retaining talent while managing costs.
Manage the design, implementation, and administration of new and existing benefit programs in compliance with plan documents.
Collaborate with managers to address benefit-related concerns and optimize program effectiveness.
Coordinate with external vendors for payroll and benefits services, ensuring seamless operations.
Administer various benefit plans including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401k, COBRA, and Flexible Spending Accounts.
Streamline benefits administration processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure compliance of all benefit plans and summary plan descriptions with regulatory requirements.
Oversee annual open enrollment processes, ensuring accuracy and effective communication with participants and vendors.
Provide guidance to management and employees on benefit programs and resolve complex benefit issues.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations such as FMLA, ADA, and ACA.
Manage required benefit plan audits and coordinate annual 5500 filings.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in online enrollment systems to streamline administrative tasks.
Effective communication skills to engage with employees at all levels of the organization.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with ADP Software preferred for efficient payroll management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data effectively.
Leadership skills and ability to collaborate within a team environment.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Interpersonal skills necessary for interactions with senior management.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required; focus in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 plus years of relevant experience.
Salary Details: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
