Benefits Manager


LHH is actively seeking a Benefits Manager for a full-time position in Franklin, TN. This role offers a hybrid work schedule, requiring three days in the office each week.


Responsibilities:



  • Develop, implement, and oversee all benefits programs to align with company goals.


  • Evaluate the effectiveness of benefits programs in attracting and retaining talent while managing costs.


  • Manage the design, implementation, and administration of new and existing benefit programs in compliance with plan documents.


  • Collaborate with managers to address benefit-related concerns and optimize program effectiveness.


  • Coordinate with external vendors for payroll and benefits services, ensuring seamless operations.


  • Administer various benefit plans including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401k, COBRA, and Flexible Spending Accounts.


  • Streamline benefits administration processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.


  • Ensure compliance of all benefit plans and summary plan descriptions with regulatory requirements.


  • Oversee annual open enrollment processes, ensuring accuracy and effective communication with participants and vendors.


  • Provide guidance to management and employees on benefit programs and resolve complex benefit issues.


  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations such as FMLA, ADA, and ACA.


  • Manage required benefit plan audits and coordinate annual 5500 filings.


Qualifications:



  • Proficiency in online enrollment systems to streamline administrative tasks.


  • Effective communication skills to engage with employees at all levels of the organization.


  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).


  • Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.


  • Experience with ADP Software preferred for efficient payroll management.


  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data effectively.


  • Leadership skills and ability to collaborate within a team environment.


  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.


  • Interpersonal skills necessary for interactions with senior management.


Education and Experience:



  • Bachelor’s degree required; focus in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.


  • Minimum of 3 plus years of relevant experience.


Salary Details: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
