LHH Recruitment Solutions (Formerly Accounting Principals) has partnered with a well-known Manufacturer to hire a Customer Service Rep on a contract-to-hire basis in the Fort Worth area paying between $21-$23/hr. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of full-cycle of Customer Service experience with an emphasis on outbound phone calls, entering purchase orders, and maintaining customer accounts. Responsibilities include inventory/product inspection, order processing, including pick, pack, ship for order fulfillment and daily sales reporting. Opening and maintaining customer accounts in system ERP. Fulfillment of literature requests and responding to customer questions regarding order status as well as inquiries on our products and services. The Customer Service Specialist follows daily priorities set forth by the Senior Customer Service Representative to effectively complete daily responsibilities.

  • Customer Accounts and Order Processing in active ERP system

  • Follow the proper steps when entering an order, accurate data entry, following special instructions.

  • Open New customer accounts and maintain changes with existing customers.

  • Understand customer relationships, such as IDN and pricing.

  • Understand the requirements for processing orders, pricing, order minimums and shipping charges.

  • Enter Bill Only Case Sheets within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Process debit, credit and return requests accurately with approval when required.

Inventory/Product Inspection

  • Follow training and instructions provided to inspect products before they are shipped out on order or sample fulfillment.

  • Provide information as instructed on any product defect or non-conformance found during inspection.

  • Apply stickers as trained for product samples and demo only products.

Support Sales Force (Employee and Distributor Partners)

  • Process sample product and literature requests. Obtain approval when needed.

  • Communicate any corrections that are needed for Bill Only Case Sheets to be processed.

Sales Reporting - when filling in for the Senior Customer Service Representative

  • At the end of each day, capture daily sales report from active ERP and populate the Daily Sales Spreadsheet template provided by Finance Department.

  • E-mail the Daily Sales Report to the approved e-mail distribution group at the end of each day. E-mail each Regional Sales Manager a screenshot of their individual daily sales from the Daily Sales Report.
