Are you ready to make your mark? If you’re a Software Development Manager, we have an exciting opportunity for you. The primary responsibility of the IT Software Development Manager will be to oversee the software development teams and act as a liaison between the team, senior management, and (internal) customers. The manager may also manage development projects, interface with vendors and partners, and make decisions related to the development processes, technologies, tools, and overall system architecture.
What You Will Be Doing:
Manages IT staffing, including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, career development, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions
Overseas development of software to support and enhance our portfolio of business systems including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to include SAP and WISE (homegrown ERP), integration platforms/middleware, our manufacturing information systems, web applications, business partner interfaces (EDI), etc.
Builds a strong, collaborative, and high performing culture
Manages development projects of moderate level of complexity
Initiates and makes decisions in the IT organization
Sets priorities and works with the development team to complete assigned global business system projects
Act as part of the management team to achieve goals
Leads IT operational and 3-year strategic planning, including fostering innovation, planning projects, and organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources
Manages financial aspects of the team, both capital and expense
Ensures compliance with Global IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing and service provision
What We Are Looking For
US – Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) required
5+ years IT related work experience required
5+ years of extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment required
5+ years of extensive business system support experience required
Some leadership experience in an ITE environment preferred
SAP or ERP implementation experience

Estimated annual base pay: $123,600-$154,500 (midpoint)-$185,400
