Job Title: Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist Location: Forrest Grove, OR Hours: Fully Onsite, Full Time, Direct Hire Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 a year DOE

We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client in Forrest Grove, OR. As an ideal candidate, you should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable/accounts receivable in the construction industry setting and possess strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing and reviewing invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of invoices.
  • Reconciling vendor statements and maintaining vendor files.
  • Provide assistance with vendor inquiries, prepare and process weekly check runs, and provide support to other accounting functions as required.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records, assisting with month-end close, and accruals.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in high volume accounts payable/accounts receivable in the construction industry (job costing experience highly preferred)
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
