Director of Finance | Bonus | Profit Sharing

LHH Recruitment Solutions’ (pka Parker+Lynch) is working with a midsize distributor near McCutchanville looking for a Director of Finance. This role is open due to growth, will report to the CFO, and will be over an established team. This role will be over a team of accountants, have aspects of FP&A, and will take on duties as the CFO sheds them. An executive presence with managerial experience, distribution experience, and a CPA are key here.

Responsibilities:

· Financial Statement Review

· GL Maintenance

· Review Month/Year End

· Executive Presentation

· Drive Relationships with Operational Departments

· Communicate Data with Department Heads and Problem Solve Issues

· Manage/Coach/Supervise Accounting Team

· Manage banking relationships

· Variance Analysis

· Ad Hoc Reporting

· Treasury Management

· Cash Management

· Process Improvement

· Ensure US & Canadian Tax Filings

· Accounting Firm Liaison

Qualifications:

· CPA required

· 8+ years’ experience required, ideally at a mid-large sized distribution

· Foundation in public accounting preferred
