LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Patient Service Rep for our healthcare client located in Eureka, CA. This role will be a contract opportunity and 100% onsite, full-time schedule. This is a great opportunity to get in with a well-known healthcare client that has great opportunity for growth!
This role will be focused on greeting and welcoming patients into the clinic, scheduling and confirming patient appointments, and keeping up on phone/email correspondence.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years healthcare administrative experience required
- Proficiency within Microsoft Office and EMR Systems
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially phone etiquette
- Ability to create a warm and welcoming environment for others
- Adaptable in a fast-paced environment and able to multitask throughout the day
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- Able to work within different software systems throughout the day
