$45.00 - $65.00 per Hour
- Draft and prepare pleadings, briefs, and motions
- Prepare and file documents with courts
- Directly communicate with clients and negotiate settlements on their behalf
- Appear in court to support active cases, and attend depositions and mediations
- Supervise legal assistants and paralegals
- At least three years of professional experience in litigation as an attorney
- A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited institution
- Licensed and currently a member in good standing of the Oregon State Bar Association
- Demonstrate superior communication skills for effective client and team interactions
- Highly skilled in legal research and writing, with proficiency in tools like Westlaw
- Independently manage caseloads with a proactive and self-motivated approach
