Customer Service Coordinator

Location: Emeryville, CA (On-site)

Assignment Length: Through the end of January Pay Rate: $21 to $23/hour depending on experience


Job Summary:

We are seeking an empathetic and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis through the end of January. In this role, you will work closely with our customers in a call center environment, handling inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with call center or customer service experience who excels at communication and thrives in a fast-paced setting.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to incoming calls and inquiries with empathy and professionalism.


  • Listen actively to customer needs, address concerns, and resolve issues efficiently.


  • Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, ensuring attention to detail in all documentation.


  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and suggest improvements as needed.


  • Adhere to company policies and protocols, maintaining high standards of service and confidentiality.


Qualifications:



  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service representative role required.


  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately.


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.


  • Demonstrated empathy and patience when working with customers.


  • Ability to work effectively within a team and follow procedures.
