Customer Service Coordinator Location:
Job Summary: We are seeking an empathetic and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis through the end of January. In this role, you will work closely with our customers in a call center environment, handling inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with call center or customer service experience who excels at communication and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service by responding to incoming calls and inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
Listen actively to customer needs, address concerns, and resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, ensuring attention to detail in all documentation.
Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and suggest improvements as needed.
Adhere to company policies and protocols, maintaining high standards of service and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a call center or customer service representative role required.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated empathy and patience when working with customers.
Ability to work effectively within a team and follow procedures.
