Administrative Assistant

LHH is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support licensing operations for a client in Emeryville, CA. This role is ideal for an administrative professional who enjoys working in a structured environment, supporting document management, application processing, and compliance tracking. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of administrative experience and a strong focus on accuracy and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the licensing department, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission of applications and renewals.
Track license expiration dates and ensure timely follow-ups and renewals to maintain compliance.
Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to gather required documentation.
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for licensing records.
Prepare reports and assist with audits related to licensing and compliance.
Respond to licensing-related inquiries from internal teams and external contacts in a timely and professional manner.
Support the team with additional administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a licensing, compliance, or document-heavy environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
A proactive, professional attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
