Are you looking for the great work atmosphere and management team? LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with one of our long time clients in East Bay Area looking to fill an Accounts Payable Coordinator job for the corporate office located in Emeryville, CA. This position is 100% in office! The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable and be comfortable in a high volume fast paced environment being apart of a team. The role will be responsible for the daily processing of Accounts Payable, data entry, coding, filing, help with the month-end close activities, and assist with other projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable
  • Comfortable with a high paced high volume environment
  • Attention to detail, problem-solver, analytical, and organized
  • Strong communications (written & verbal) and a team player
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
  • Solid typing and data entry abilities

Experience: 2 years of Accounts Payable experience (Accounts Payable Clerk, Accounts Payable Specialist, Accounts Payable Administrator/Technician/Coordinator, Accounting Assistant, Accounting Clerk)


Employment Type: Temporary (3 - 6 months)
