The Executive Director will manage the organization’s daily operations. Responsibilities include overseeing the leadership team, executing the strategic vision, and making critical decisions to stabilize and grow the organization. The Executive Director will also be responsible for securing funding through grants and donations, and building strong relationships with community stakeholders.



Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with the board to create and implement strategic plans


  • Recruit, train, and develop a skilled team for key departments


  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal standards in operations


  • Manage and oversee the organization's budget


  • Build and maintain partnerships with funders, stakeholders, and community organizations Lead fundraising efforts and assess organizational risks and opportunities


  • Provide strong leadership, manage teams, and foster collaboration with various stakeholders



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred


  • 5+ years of senior management experience


  • Strong financial acumen and strategic planning skills


  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities


  • Proven leadership and team development skills


  • Experience working with a Board of Directors
