RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish and foster relationships with the vendors to ensure on-time delivery, build trust, performance improvement and improve backorder recovery.
• Review the recommended system quantities and place orders considering the customer demands, business plans, marketing initiatives to achieve fill rate and inventory goals.
• Ensure the procurement activities align with the sales plans.
• Monitor inventory levels to minimize excess inventory.
• Analyze inventory reports to adjust the stock levels.
• Maintain the timeline record of the purchasing cycle, analyze purchasing trends and lead time to manage deadlines providing attention to detail.
• Demonstrate great negotiation and analytical skills to develop cost effective procurement practices.
• Forecast supplier volume considering rebate to maximize cost savings.
• Seek and establish new Vendor partnership to source different products by conducting market research.

• 2+ years of experience in Sourcing, Supplier Management, Negotiations Material management and planning.
• Excellent organizational, communication and negotiation skills with strong business acumen with comprehensive knowledge of inventory principles and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently help the business secure cost savings.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
