We are seeking a Bilingual Housing Navigator (Spanish-speaking) to provide support to individuals and families experiencing homelessness. In this temporary role, you will assist clients in navigating housing resources, securing stable housing, and accessing supportive services.
Responsibilities:
Conduct housing assessments and connect clients with appropriate resource
Provide case management and support to help clients secure stable housing
Act as a liaison between clients, landlords, and housing programs
Assist with applications for housing, benefits, and supportive services
Maintain accurate documentation and track progress in client cases
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year experience in housing navigation, case management, or related field
Fluent in Spanish
Knowledge of housing resources and support services for homeless populations
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must have reliable transportation
Must be willing to travel to sites (mileage reimbursed)
