Job Title: Property Management Administrative Assistant
Location: El Monte, CA
Type: Contract to Hire
Salary: $25/hr
Job Description: LHH is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Management Administrative Assistant to support our client’s leasing department and property managers. This role requires a motivated individual with a strong background in commercial real estate. You will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations, assisting property managers who travel and work onsite, and maintaining effective communication within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the leasing department and property managers.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Prepare and process leasing documents, agreements, and correspondence.
Maintain and update property management databases and records.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for property managers.
Handle tenant inquiries and assist in resolving issues.
Support property managers with onsite visits and inspections.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (BA) required.
Proven experience in commercial real estate, particularly in property management.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable and professional demeanor.
