About Us:
Our client is a leading law firm specializing in commercial real estate transactions and is seeking an Attorney in Colorado to handle complex commercial real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal counsel and support on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development projects.
Conduct due diligence, draft and negotiate transaction documents, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Advise clients on regulatory matters, including zoning, land use, environmental compliance, and property management issues.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement effective legal strategies.
Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations and provide guidance to clients accordingly.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active Colorado bar membership.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
Deep knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Salary and Benefits:
Competitive base salary between $200,000-240,000.
