About Us:


Our client is a leading law firm specializing in commercial real estate transactions and is seeking an Attorney in Colorado to handle complex commercial real estate transactions.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide legal counsel and support on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development projects.


  • Conduct due diligence, draft and negotiate transaction documents, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.


  • Advise clients on regulatory matters, including zoning, land use, environmental compliance, and property management issues.


  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement effective legal strategies.


  • Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations and provide guidance to clients accordingly.


Qualifications:



  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.


  • Active Colorado bar membership.


  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.


  • Deep knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.


  • Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.



Salary and Benefits:



  • Competitive base salary between $200,000-240,000.
