LHH is partnering with one of their growing clients in the Medical Insurance industry! Located in North Dallas, they are seeking candidates who want to be onsite to collaborate with a team and help with their corporate projects to continue growing their business. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience and has background working in a relevant field. They offer great base pay plus benefits and PTO! Apply below to be considered.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage projects within the medical insurance or healthcare industry, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and milestones to track project progress and performance.
Collaborate with department managers to align project goals with organizational objectives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project execution.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, making adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly to keep projects on track.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project management processes.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in project management, preferably within the medical insurance or healthcare industry.
Proven ability to create and manage KPIs and project milestones.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
