$60,000.00 - $95,000.00 per Year


Successful candidate will have 5+ years of law firm experience with great attention to detail and organizational skills. This position is full time, with a collaborative team, generous pay and benefits.


Duties, including but not limited to:



  • Excellent typing, proofreading, and editing of legal documents for grammatical, typographical or spelling errors, and completeness prior to distribution or filing


  • eFiling in state and federal courts


  • Table of Content and Table of Authority preparation


  • Preparing legal documents such as standard pleadings, discovery, correspondence, memoranda and other documents


  • Maintain electronic calendars for assigned attorneys with close attention to deadlines


  • Coordinate and make necessary arrangements for meetings (i.e., depositions, mediations, interviews, and vendor and facility reservations)


  • Review discovery requests and responses, prepare response shells as needed, review client documents for production


  • Trial preparation


  • Organize and maintain case files and other filings – both hardcopy and electronic


  • Submit expense reimbursements on behalf of assigned attorneys


  • Attorney timekeeping and calendaring deadlines
