Are you an Litigation Paralegal with insurance defense and/or complex litigation seeking your next position with an Established Firm in Dallas offering a great team culture with flexible hybrid schedule? Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda.
Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
Manage discovery and depositions.
Interview witnesses and clients.
Compile and organize evidence.
Assist with trial preparation.
Calendaring court and other case deadlines.
Assisting with case management and scheduling.
Gathering and organizing case-related documents.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a paralegal in insurance defense, construction defect and/or commercial litigation
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with eDiscovery Management Software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly organized and detail-oriented
