Maybe you’re a JD or LLM who enjoys the flexibility of temporary contract work. LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a temporary JD/LLM/Attorney to support our client’s team onsite in Dallas, TX. About the Role In this role, you will work as a Junior Negotiator on a full-time W2 contract basis. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
  • Negotiating financial contracts
  • Drafting legal documents
  • Conducting legal research
Qualifications
  • JD or LLM required
  • 1+ years of US law firm of financial services experience in the financial sector or legal experience in similar financial e-discovery document review or research projects
  • Familiarity with banking trading documents, including ISDA agreements, loan agreements, futures contracts, SFTs (repos and securities lending), global markets, and prime brokerage agreements
  • Tech savvy with the ability to learn new technologies and cloud-based software programs quickly
Please note that this is a temporary and full-time onsite position. The start date is July 15, 2024, and the contract is expected to last through January 2025, with the possibility of extension.
