Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from members and providers, addressing insurance benefit inquiries professionally and accurately.
Utilize your bilingual skills to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people, ensuring their needs are met.
Draw upon your insurance expertise to resolve queries related to medical, dental, vision, and indemnity plans.
Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
3-4 years of proven experience as a Customer Service Specialist within a call center environment.
2-3 years of relevant insurance experience, specifically medical, dental, vision, and indemnity plans.
Bilingual in Spanish
Mastery of essential skills such as customer service, problem-solving, and critical thinking
High school diploma or equivalent
Details:
Onsite, M-F, 9-6
Pay: $19-21/hr.
Type: Contract to hire
