Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from members and providers, addressing insurance benefit inquiries professionally and accurately.

• Utilize your bilingual skills to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people, ensuring their needs are met.

• Draw upon your insurance expertise to resolve queries related to medical, dental, vision, and indemnity plans.

• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of proven experience as a Customer Service Specialist within a call center environment.

• 2-3 years of relevant insurance experience, specifically medical, dental, vision, and indemnity plans.

• Bilingual in Spanish

• Mastery of essential skills such as customer service, problem-solving, and critical thinking

• High school diploma or equivalent

Details:

• Onsite, M-F, 9-6

• Pay: $19-21/hr.

• Type: Contract to hire

• Location: Dallas, TX 75224
