This role will support creation, onboarding and maintenance of accounts along in adherence to guidelines and procedures. Job Responsibilities:
Deliver quality service and effective operational support to internal business partners and external clients.
Assist in training less experienced team members.
Work independently on moderately complex issues, seeking guidance from team leads or managers as needed.
Perform data entry for customer bank and merchant transactions.
Handle remediation of aged checks, ensuring proper review and special handling.
Required Skills:
Previous customer service experience in a banking environment, including support to customers, data entry, and research.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Demonstrate a cooperative and professional work attitude, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
Quick learner with the ability to develop subject matter expertise.
Pay: $21-22/hr
Location: Downtown Dallas, TX
