Our client, a leader in corporate real estate, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join their team in Columbus, OH. This temp-to-hire position is perfect for someone looking to make an immediate impact and potentially secure a permanent role.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the corporate real estate team.
Assist with property management tasks, including lease administration and tenant communications.
Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably within property management or real estate.
Accounting experience is highly desirable.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
