Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 based on experience


LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager excited about leading a team in a fast paced environment. This role is perfect for a professional with a strong background in recruitment, talent management, and strategic planning, looking to take on more responsibility in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent, while optimizing recruitment processes and supporting organizational goals.


Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the company.


  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for talent acquisition.


  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and engage potential candidates.


  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate profiles, interview feedback, and hiring decisions.


  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting on hiring activities and talent acquisition performance to senior leadership.


  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during all recruitment activities.


  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources.


Qualifications:



  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a manufacturing or similar environment.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.


  • Solid understanding of recruitment strategies, talent management, and employment laws.


  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software (e.g., Workday, Taleo, or similar).


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.


  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.


  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams across different departments to achieve organizational goals.


  • Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing practices is a plus.


  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
