LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager excited about leading a team in a fast paced environment. This role is perfect for a professional with a strong background in recruitment, talent management, and strategic planning, looking to take on more responsibility in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent, while optimizing recruitment processes and supporting organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the company.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for talent acquisition.
Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and engage potential candidates.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate profiles, interview feedback, and hiring decisions.
Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting on hiring activities and talent acquisition performance to senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during all recruitment activities.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a manufacturing or similar environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Solid understanding of recruitment strategies, talent management, and employment laws.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software (e.g., Workday, Taleo, or similar).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Ability to work collaboratively with teams across different departments to achieve organizational goals.
Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing practices is a plus.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
