LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Benefits Administrator to lead the benefits function for a dynamic organization. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in employee benefits administration, looking to take on more responsibility in a dynamic corporate environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing benefits programs, ensuring compliance, and supporting employee well-being.
Responsibilities:
Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-sponsored benefits.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries and issues.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to employee benefits.
Conduct benefits orientations and provide ongoing education to employees about their benefits options.
Collaborate with benefits providers and brokers to manage plan renewals, enrollments, and changes.
Maintain accurate records of benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations.
Analyze benefits data and provide regular reporting on benefits utilization and costs to senior leadership.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of benefits administration.
Assist in the development and implementation of new benefits programs and policies.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in employee benefits.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in benefits administration, preferably within a corporate environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Solid understanding of employee benefits programs and regulations.
Experience with benefits administration software and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, or similar).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees and benefits providers.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Ability to work collaboratively with teams across different departments to achieve organizational goals.
Knowledge of benefits compliance and reporting requirements is a plus.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
