$22.00 - $25.00 per Hour
- Handle all incoming calls and direct to the appropriate individual
- Follow up with client scheduling and appointments
- Outreach to clients for follow-up communication
- Possess strong communication skills
- Greet customers and employees that come into the office
- Direct individuals to the right area of the building
- Notify the correct individual when a visitor or vendor has arrived at the office
- May receive and route faxes
- Schedule and reserve meeting times as needed
- Filing, scanning, and typing duties as needed
- Administrative duties as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook capabilities
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable speaking on the phone
- Ability to work independently
- Friendly personality
- Previous experience working a front desk
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Microsoft Outlook
- Multi-tasker
- Organized
