- Scheduling/Staffing: Coordinate and manage scheduling for all projects as needed.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure the quality of reports submitted by field representatives.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support and data entry.
- Phone Support: Assist field representatives with questions via phone.
- Team Collaboration: Work in a team environment to achieve high success rates on retail service projects for our customers.
- Productivity: Highly productive and efficient in task management.
- Independence: Ability to work independently and stay motivated.
- Communication: Personable, comfortable, and professional on the phone and via email correspondence.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Computer Skills: Comfortable working at a desk and in front of a computer most of the day.
- Typing Speed: Adequate-to-fast typing speed.
- Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Enthusiasm: Enthusiastic attitude with a desire to learn and provide input when needed.
- Collaboration: Builds and maintains excellent relationships with teammates.
- Degree: College degree preferred but not required.
- Experience: Ideal for candidates with backgrounds in business, customer service, or marketing.
- Entry-Level: Suitable for new college graduates or individuals with a few years of office experience looking for a change.
- Industry Experience: Experience in a marketing or retail work environment is a plus.
