Responsibilities:
  • Obtain and direct written purchase orders via email, fax, EDI, or mail
  • Resolve order discrepancies through communication with management
  • Handle expedited requests and provide necessary updates to customers
  • Provide information on product availability as well as pricing
  • Relationship building
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a call center environment is required
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Advanced knowledge with the Microsoft Office Products
Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal skills in a call center environment
  • A consistent level of professionalism at all times
  • Problem solving skills
Experience:
  • One year of experience required

Compensation:
  • $18.50 to $19.00 an hour
Work Hours:
  • Full Time 40 Hours per week
  • 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
