$22.00 - $26.00 per Hour
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records.
- Perform general ledger account reconciliations and journal entries.
- Process accounts payable transactions.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and document bank deposits.
- Maintain and update accounting records and files.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles.
- Provide support for special projects and other tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
