Receptionist


LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for an experienced Receptionist for a client in Downtown Cincinnati. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience along with strong Microsoft Office 365 skills. This position is temp to hire and will pay between $18 and $20/hr. Parking is provided by the employer.



Job Duties


· Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a professional and friendly service that reflects the company's high standards.


· Manage a multi-line phone system, ensuring calls are answered promptly and directed to the appropriate department or individual.


· Maintain a clean and organized reception area, creating a welcoming environment for guests and staff members.


· Schedule and confirm appointments for sales or service, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.


· Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, file management, and document preparation.


· Handle customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues to management when necessary.


· Process customer payments and provide receipts, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.


· Assist in the coordination of events and meetings, including room reservations and catering arrangements.


· Keep inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary, ensuring the reception and common areas are well-stocked.


· Stay informed about the company's products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers and visitors.


· Collaborate with the sales and service teams to improve customer satisfaction and streamline front desk operations.


· Uphold the company's confidentiality standards, safeguarding customer information and sensitive business data.


· Perform other related duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the team's success.


Requirements:


· 1-2 years of relevant experience


· Strong Microsoft Office 365 experience


· Excellent communication skills


· Ability to stay organized.


· Strong attention to detail


· Ability to work onsite 100% of the time.
