We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Logistics Manager for our client in Cincinnati, OH. This is a 100% onsite position with a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 with uncapped bonus/Commission


Position Overview: As the Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our client’s logistics operations. You will bring over 10 years of sales and leadership experience within a third-party logistics (3PL) environment. Your proven track record in sales and revenue growth will be essential in driving the company’s logistics performance to new heights.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Leadership: Lead and manage the logistics team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.


  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Utilize your extensive sales experience to identify and secure new business opportunities, driving revenue growth.


  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance logistics operations and improve service delivery.


  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored logistics solutions.


  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve logistics performance and customer satisfaction.


  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.


  • Team Development: Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.


Qualifications:



  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of sales and leadership experience in a third-party logistics (3PL) environment.


  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record in sales, with a demonstrated ability to grow revenue and secure new business.


  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.


  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective logistics strategies.


  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


  • Client Focus: A customer-centric approach with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.


  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in logistics software and tools.
