Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our client's dynamic team in West Chester, Ohio. This is for a future role with our client and the role is not yet open. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and processing documentation.
Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Manage employee inquiries and provide timely and accurate information regarding HR policies and procedures.
Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional HR certification or coursework is a plus.
Previous experience in an HR support role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
