Data Entry Specialist LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle large volumes of data accurately and efficiently. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining information in our databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and security. This position is temp to hire and will pay between $17 and $20/hr. depending on experience. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately input and update data in various systems and databases.
  • Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
  • Maintain data integrity by performing regular audits and clean-ups.
  • Review and verify data entered into the system to ensure its accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to data entry processes and procedures.
  • Generate reports and summaries from the entered data as required.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments regarding data-related issues and updates.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and basic computer programs (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite).
  • Experience with data entry software or systems is preferred.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong commitment to maintaining data confidentiality.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
