Contract/Temp to Hire
$17.00 - $20.00 per Hour
- Accurately input and update data in various systems and databases.
- Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
- Maintain data integrity by performing regular audits and clean-ups.
- Review and verify data entered into the system to ensure its accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to data entry processes and procedures.
- Generate reports and summaries from the entered data as required.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments regarding data-related issues and updates.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic computer programs (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite).
- Experience with data entry software or systems is preferred.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong commitment to maintaining data confidentiality.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
