Customer Service Representative LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our client’s team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The representative will act as a liaison between the company and its customers, offering product and service information and resolving any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency. This position is Temp to Hire and will pay between $17 and $19/hr. Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries, and provide information about products and services.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, confirm appointments, and conduct surveys.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Generate reports on call center activities and customer feedback.
  • Upsell products and services when appropriate, based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Inform customers about new products, services, promotions, and policies.
  • Work closely with team members to meet or exceed call center performance goals.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and customer service techniques.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
  • Experience with customer service software and databases is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong listening skills and ability to empathize with customers.
  • Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations calmly.
  • Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt.
