Customer Service Representative LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for experienced Customer Service Reps for a growing client on the West Side of Cincinnati. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 year of experience along with excellent communication skills. This position is temp to hire and pay will range between $17 and $19/hr. Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through multiple channels including phone, email, chat, and social media platforms.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures to customers.
  • Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving billing issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors for resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and provide recommendations.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and their concerns have been addressed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
  • Uphold company values and policies while interacting with customers and colleagues.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in customer service or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering solutions.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Empathetic and patient demeanor when dealing with challenging customer situations.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
