About Our Client: Our client, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full Cycle Accountant to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in managing the financial operations of the company. As the sole accountant in the office, you will have a significant impact on the company's financial health and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full cycle accounting processes, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (G/L), and payroll.
Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Handle month-end and year-end close processes.
Prepare and file quarterly and annual financial reports.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.
Perform other related duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong understanding of full cycle accounting and payroll processes.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
