Position Type: Temporary
Worksite Type: Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Location: Loop
Rate: $40/hr.-$45/hr.
Duties:
Monitor and track of physical commodity trading obligations
Maintain short-term trading strategies, as well as database creation and management,
Oversee fixed income portfolio management
Plan, track and analyze trade promotions and spending activities
processing trade tickets daily
Monitor and report on daily activity including profit and loss and pricing information
Perform reconciliation of portfolio holdings
Qualifications:
Two plus years of trading operations experience in a Banking environment is required
Experience of using GMI back-office software is preferred
Operations and financial markets knowledge is required
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint and Word
Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
Able to execute day-to-day activities to a high standard, with analytical ability and attention to detail.
