Required Skills:
Understanding of Exchange Trade Derivatives and Futures & Options
Strong analytical skills using Microsoft Excel
Ability to create PowerPoint presentations and process flow charts using Visio
Experience at an Exchange or another Bank
Bachelor’s Degree
Familiarity with industry terms - exchange, FCM, GMI, R&N, Clearing, Position Management, CME, CBT, OCC, ICE US, CBOE, Intercontinental Exchange, Balancing, Reconciliations, Top Day Adjustments
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in Visio and PowerPoint
Flexibility to adapt to high-demand, fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
Strong communication, partnership, and relationship-building skills
Collaborative, critical thinker, and problem solver
Duties:
Process client instructions, amendments, and corrections for futures or option trades with high accuracy and attention to detail
Collaborate with Execution Desks and Client Services to address client queries promptly
Identify and implement risk reduction and operational process improvements
Contribute to a pipeline of process improvement ideas and prioritize for funding
Develop and automate risk and performance metrics
Participate in UAT testing and report on key change programs
Provide subject matter expertise and ad hoc support for change initiatives
Location: downtown Chicago
Worksite Type: Hybrid
Pay: $47-48/hr
