Business Process Analyst II - Remote

LHH Is working with a client based in the Chicago Loop that is looking to hire a Business Process Analyst to join our staff for a 10+ month project (strong possibility of extension). The role will be 100% remote and you MUST be a w2 employee to be considered for this role.


The ideal candidate will have at least 2 year of Business Process Analyst experience AND MUST have at least a Master’s Degree


Duties & Responsibilities:



  • Policy and Procedure Development: Assists in developing and ensuring compliance with business policies and procedures to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer service.


  • Project and Program Planning: Partners with business leaders to plan projects and programs that align with business needs


  • Analysis and Decision Support: Participates in analysis and decision support to help the business achieve key priorities, collaborating with multiple disciplines to gather information and make recommendations

    .


  • Process Performance Measurement: Provides input on defining process performance measures, advises on required measures, and helps develop methods and tools to track performance.


  • Training Program Development: Assists in developing process-related training programs, including creating workflow, job aids, training materials, and presentations.


  • Documentation and Process Improvement: Partners with teams to build and maintain centralized processing documentation, evaluates content for reference libraries, and documents business processes using best practices.


  • Project Assistance: May assist other project managers with process improvement projects, including setting IT requirements, participating in user acceptance testing, and documenting processes.


  • Operations Metrics Improvement: Works with business partners to improve how operations metrics are gathered, stored, and analyzed, and helps prepare relevant reports


    Required Skills:


  • Insurance industry knowledge: Understanding of the company's products, services, goals, and objectives.


  • Analytical, organizational, and planning skills.


  • Business process modeling and analysis skills.


  • Meeting facilitation: Ability to facilitate low complexity meetings.


  • Project management principles.


  • Change management principles


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Effective interaction with all levels of staff and management.


  • Multitasking: Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.


  • Teamwork and autonomy: Ability to work both in a team environment and independently

Pay Details: $45.00 to $70.00 per hour Search managed by: William Staadt
