Job Title: Bilingual Procurement Analyst/Buyer
Location: Chicago, IL
Job Description:
LHH is seeking a Bilingual Procurement Analyst/Buyer for our healthcare division. This role is essential for managing and enhancing our procurement activities, ensuring efficient and cost-effective procurement processes while supporting our commitment to quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze procurement data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers.
Oversee inventory levels to prevent shortages and excess stock.
Develop and implement procurement strategies.
Monitor and control budgets.
Manage procurement contracts.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.
Maintain supplier relationships.
Generate procurement reports.
Collaborate with other departments to support patient care needs.
Create purchase orders.
Process invoices.
Communicate with vendors to confirm delivery schedules and address quality issues.
Perform inventory reconciliation monthly and annually.
Maintain supplier information databases.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in procurement or a related field, preferably in healthcare.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Meditech.
Strong attention to detail.
Effective time management skills.
Ability to proactively identify challenges and maximize productivity.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
Role: Full time, On site
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
