LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking qualified Intake Project Managers for a long-term contract opportunity with a global bank. This assignment will span through December 2025 with potential extension and the ideal candidate will have a PMP certification, 5+ years’ project management experience within financial services and have experience with PPRP workflow applications. Key Responsibilities:
Manage cross-functional and inter-departmental projects for business products, processes, and employee readiness.
Partner with the business to develop and sustain change plans, evaluate current methods, and implement project improvements.
Oversee projects, using tools to drive completion and serve as a secondary contact for critical change initiatives.
Plan, organize, deliver, and monitor projects to ensure efficient and effective completion.
Implement enterprise change standards and facilitate governance, change controls, and risk management processes.
Connect business outcomes with operational and technology considerations.
Identify required items, establish timelines, and manage project meetings.
Set up and manage PPRT (Pre-Packaged Insolvency Resolution Process) and maintain project records.
Manage project budgets, health status, and escalate risks.
Maintain prioritization of program deliverables and project plans.
Ensure readiness communications and obtain required evidence from technology leads.
Skills and Qualifications:
PMP Certification desired.
Minimum 5 years of project management experience in financial services.
Experience with PPRP workflow application.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in SharePoint, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Technically adept and able to learn new systems.
Motivated self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Strong interpersonal skills for collaborative work.
