LHH is seeking candidates for a contract Grants Administrator position in Charlotte, NC! We are looking for candidates with strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position is fully in office in Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities:
Review and evaluate grant applications for completeness and compliance with guidelines.
Manage the grant application workflow, including logging applications, tracking progress, and ensuring timely processing.
Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary information and documentation for grant application processing.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all grant applications and related documents.
Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants, providing prompt and courteous responses to inquiries via phone and email.
Provide detailed information and guidance on the grant application process, eligibility criteria, and required documentation.
Assist applicants in troubleshooting issues and resolving concerns related to their grant applications.
Conduct information sessions and workshops to educate potential applicants about the grant process and requirements.
Assess applications to determine eligibility based on established criteria and guidelines.
Conduct thorough reviews of supporting documentation to verify applicant qualifications and compliance with grant requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree field preferred.
1+ year of customer service experience
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer service orientation.
Attention to detail and accuracy in processing applications and maintaining records.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams
