LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a talented Corporate Paralegal to join our client's team and support attorneys across multiple offices. This role involves engaging with clients and providing internal support. This role is fully on-site in Charlotte, NC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and manage documents for entity formations, amendments, dissolutions, and board meetings.
- Assist with mergers, reorganizations, share issuances, and similar transactions.
- Handle applications and renewals for licenses and annual reports.
- Provide support for corporate transactions, including due diligence, document assembly, and post-closing tasks.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years as a Paralegal in a law firm or legal department, with a paralegal certificate or equivalent experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong background in corporate practice, with NC Notary Public commission preferred.
- Skilled in filing documents with Secretaries of State and the IRS.
- Experience with entity management programs and extranet sites.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe, with excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive in resolving issues.
