LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Capital Markets Business Analysis to take on a 3-month contract for a large global banking client. This role involves collaborating with Securities Operations, Technology, and Transformation teams to deliver in-depth business and functional analysis and build specifications for target state design. The position offers high stakeholder exposure across Operations, Finance, Technology, and the business, with opportunities to build relationships with various sub-team leads. Key Responsibilities:



  • Understand systems migration and its impact on operations teams.


  • Design and map current state processes; build new operational, risk, and control processes as needed.


  • Develop strong partnerships across operational areas, project, and technology teams to support decommissioning and migration.


  • Provide input on functionality changes and automation opportunities.


  • Perform impact assessments, produce business requirements, UAT scenarios, procedures, and training materials.


  • Coordinate requirements documentation and sign-off.


  • Proactively manage scope changes and implement contingency plans.


  • Produce management reports on status and progress; support the project manager as a deputy.


  • Evaluate the current state of GMO reconciliation and tooling capabilities.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s Degree


  • Understanding of business and markets supported by Markets Operations, Capital Markets and Middle or Back Office Operations.


  • Previous Business Analyst or Project Management experience at a tier 1 bank.


  • Data Analysis & Visualization experience, ability to work with large data sets.


  • Ability to transform large data sets into a story.


  • Experience driving organizational transformation and delivering on time.


  • Strong organizational skills, including managing multiple responsibilities, prioritizing, meeting deadlines, and attention to detail.


  • Ability to analyze and manage large, complex data sets to make recommendations for change.


  • Knowledge of project governance (documentation/reporting, tollgates, risk identification).


  • Experience driving transformation and change.


Location: Uptown Charlotte, NC


Worksite Type: hybrid, 3 days onsite and 2 days work from home


Pay: $45.00-46.00/hr
