Key responsibilities include overseeing current accounts and actively cultivating new client relationships, requiring frequent travel to engage clients at networking events and industry gatherings.
About the Workplace:
Hybrid work model: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote, with frequent onsite client visits
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Preferred Schedule/Flexibility: 8:30 am – 5 pm with flexible workday arrangements
Primary Responsibilities/Typical Day:
Identify opportunities and cultivate new client base through marketing activities.
Develop strategies to retain existing clients, increasing business and/or market share.
Create market presence through networking events, Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs and participation in related meetings and conferences.
Respond to client service issues in a responsive and timely manner.
Develop and maintain client information database.
Organize and maintain statewide event calendar (online).
Work with Branch Managers and Counsel to plan and organize CLE events and webinars.
Work closely with management team to achieve acceptable levels of profitability and market share and to create new and innovative products and services to offer our customers.
Follow company policies and ensure financial controls are uniformly followed, understood, and administered at all levels. Ensures that Company activities and operations are carried out in compliance with Federal, state, and local laws governing business operations.
Participate actively in state land title association and other trade organizations and stay current with any title insurance or legal issues affecting state operations.
Prepare reports and materials for supervisor, as necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Stay current on information related to services and products offered by the Company and by its competitors.
Follow policies and procedures set forth in the Company Handbook.
Required Experience/Soft Skills:
Title insurance and commercial/residential real estate experience
Proven track record in business development
Required Software/Technical Skills:
Microsoft Office Suite, Smart Sheets, Excel, Mass Mailings, PowerPoint
Preferred Industry Experience:
Title insurance and commercial/residential real estate
