Lee Hecht Harrison is looking for a strategically minded Talent Acquisition professional to source Retail Management professionals for one of the nation’s fast-growing commerce organizations. Compensation Range: $55,000 - $70,000 Per Year + 5% Bonus (Depending on Experience & Technical Skillet)
Employment Type: Direct Hire / Permanent Placement
Hours: Monday – Friday; 7:00am – 4:00pm (Flexible to 8-5); Full-Time; 40 Hours Per Week
Worksite: Work-from-Home (1x Meeting Per Quarter in Corporate Office) (MUST LIVE IN ILLINOIS / WITHIN 4 HOURS OF CORPORATE OFFICE – NO EXCEPTIONS)
Dress Code: Business Casual
Report To: Director of Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities:
Strategically sourcing, screening, and interviewing Retail Store Management professionals across the United States and making offers to select candidates.
Working alongside HRBP’s & Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs, regional talent market strategy, and prior candidate feedback to find exceptional colleagues.
Building a talent pipeline for assigned regions using iCIMS, job postings, LinkedIn, Indeed, Social Media Sourcing, and field recruitment techniques to identify the best talent in remote areas.
Using HR & TA data to improve talent acquisition strategy – including time-to-fill, open position rate, 1-year turnover rate, exit interview data, and offer acceptance rates.
Requirements:
MUST CURRENTLY LIVE IN ILLINOIS - all other applicants will not be considered, no exceptions.
3-5 years of experience in a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition, or Talent Sourcing position in a high-requisition volume work environment
Experience utilizing a wide variety of tools to source candidates creatively (including iCIMS, job postings, Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, field recruiting, Social Media, etc.)
Exceptional work ethic with a proclivity to ‘hustle’ and exceed KPI’s such as time-to-fill, turnover reduction, open requisition reduction, etc.
Ability to communicate professionally with an emphasis on influence & negotiation skills during the offer stage.
