Logistics CSR

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company near Chandler that is in search of a full time, onsite Logistics Coordinator. This job is Monday-Friday 7am-4pm

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the movement of goods and products to meet company deadlines
• Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure timely deliveries
• Track inventory and shipments to maintain accurate records
• Resolve any logistical issues or delays in a timely manner
• Prepare and review shipping documentation, invoices, and order confirmations
• Assist in optimizing transportation routes and delivery schedules
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless coordination of goods and services
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail at all times

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in logistics or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field is preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Prior customer service and order entry experience is required
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
