Primary Responsibilities:



  • Managing Existing Key Accounts:


    • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to retain customers.
    • Monitor customer satisfaction and collect feedback to enhance retention rates.
    • Support the management of Key Accounts and related strategies, including renewals and invoicing.
    • Prepare sales presentations by compiling quotations, proposals, videos, slide shows, demonstrations, and product capability booklets.
    • Coordinate all communications and activities related to assigned Key Accounts, including meetings and conference calls.
    • Conduct face-to-face meetings with Key Accounts as outlined in the Key Account Management Program.
    • Help develop strategic plans for assigned Key Accounts.
    • Assist in coordinating TAB-related activities for assigned Key Accounts.
    • Support sales leads in achieving Key Account objectives and quotas.
    • Identify upsell opportunities for Key Accounts.
    • Ensure proficiency in strategic selling milestones and discovery checklist.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Acquiring New Key Accounts:


    • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to acquire new customers.
    • Prepare sales presentations by compiling quotations, proposals, videos, slide shows, demonstrations, and product capability booklets.
    • Coordinate all communications and activities related to assigned Key Accounts, including meetings and conference calls.


Minimum Requirements:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of successful experience in sales, sales management, or channel management, and 2-5 years of technical experience.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the water industry is advantageous.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Licenses: Must have a valid driver’s license and any necessary endorsements to legally operate vehicles used in this position.
